1. Our Service

2. Using Traderstalk

Our Platform helps you stay connected through voice calls (and in future, chat and other communication features). It enables you to share audio interactions and connect in your preferred regional language (“Services”).

3. Privacy & Data

To provide and improve our Services, we collect information such as your mobile number, gender, and name, along with basic device and usage data. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Coins and Gifts

Coins and Gifts are virtual items that hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or converted into credits outside the Platform.

5. Limitations

The Traderstalk Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or the accuracy of content and information.

6. Assignment

The rights and obligations under these Terms are personal to you and cannot be assigned to others without our written consent. User data and account information may be transferred in the event of a company merger or acquisition in accordance with applicable data laws.

7. Termination and Suspension

You may delete your account at any time to terminate these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease immediately. We may deactivate or remove inactive accounts and reclaim unused usernames as needed.

8. Notice of Violation

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account removal. Any Coins, balances, or credits will be forfeited and non-refundable. Sections like Intellectual Property, Liability, and Dispute Resolution will survive termination.

9. General

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable. Modifications to these Terms must be in writing and approved by TradersTalk. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by TradersTalk.
