Platform Ownership and Intellectual Property

We value your ideas and use them to improve our communication services.

  • When you share suggestions or ideas (“Feedback”), you agree to the terms below:
  • Your Feedback must not include confidential or copyrighted material owned by others.
  • The Platform is not obligated to keep your Feedback confidential.
  • The Platform may already be developing similar features.
  • By submitting Feedback, you grant the Platform full rights to use it without compensation or obligations, even if marked as confidential.

Community Guidelines and Reporting Violations

We handle violations of our Community Guidelines in a structured manner. Actions may include content removal, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension, depending on severity and frequency.

To report a violation, email us at info@traderstalk.in. All reports are reviewed carefully within required timelines. Misusing the reporting system to target or harass others may result in immediate account suspension.

TradersTalk is designed for private one-to-one voice communication. Please respect all users while interacting on the platform.

Acceptable Use

  • Clear & Honest Communication: Share accurate and respectful information.
  • No Harassment: Do not use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language.
  • No Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate others or provide false identity details.
  • No Spam: Avoid sending unwanted calls or promotional messages.

Call Etiquette

  • Be Professional: Communicate politely and respectfully.
  • Respect Availability: Do not repeatedly call users who decline or are unavailable.
  • Consent Matters: Engage in communication only if the other person agrees.
  • Quality Conduct: Maintain a positive and safe interaction during calls.

Content Requirements

  • Keep all communication respectful and relevant.
  • Do not send harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not share spam, advertisements, or unauthorized promotional material.
  • Respect intellectual property—share only content you own or have permission to use.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of all users.
  • Do not share personal or sensitive information of others.
  • Keep private conversations confidential.
  • Do not record or distribute calls without permission.

Enforcement & Reporting

Reporting Violations

  • Use the in-app reporting option.
  • Contact customer support or moderators directly.
  • Provide screenshots or call logs when possible.
  • Do not confront or argue with violators—let our team handle it.

Consequences

  • Official warning from platform moderators.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent ban for repeated or severe violations.
  • Legal action for serious misuse or illegal activities.
